This bill, upon appropriation, until an unspecified date, would require the chancellor's office to establish an Artificial Intelligence Upskilling Creatives Certificate Program, select 10 community college districts to participate in the pilot program, and, on or before January 1, 2032, submit a report to the Legislature evaluating the effectiveness of the pilot program, as provided.
