Summary
Existing law establishes a procedure by which a city may sell a public building and site dedicated to a public use, including requiring the city to adopt a resolution of intention, receive protest to the sale, and hold a special election on the proposition of the sale.
Existing law specifies that this procedure is an alternative to specified other authority for cities to dispose of city-owned property.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to those provisions.
