Relates to reimbursement for grants for the hiring of teachers, arts and music teacher grants and nonpublic school safety equipment grants

Provides that reimbursement payable for grants for the hiring of teachers, arts and music teachers and nonpublic school safety equipment shall be paid within twelve months of the education department's receipt of a complete application for such grant.
