Directs the comptroller to examine and audit appropriations and contracts for short-term humanitarian aid, including shelter services, to migrant individuals and families

Provides that the comptroller shall examine and audit all contracts and funds appropriated for humanitarian aid, including short term shelter services, for migrants entering short term shelters on or after April 1, 2022 in New York city.
