An Act amending Title 53 (Municipalities Generally) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in neighborhood blight reclamation and revitalization, providing for Municipal Codes Enforcement Grant Program and municipal neighborhood mitigation funds and for county property maintenance code; and imposing penalties.
